Currently under construction are a residential market-rate condominium tower with 177 units, four private market-rate townhouse condominium units, a six-story affordable rental building and a parking garage. Future construction is planned on the site for two additional market-rate residential condominium towers, having approximately 244 and 400 units, respectively. Services include the preparation of a condominium offering plan, unit sales, and an application for 421-a real estate tax benefits for the market-rate condominium and the preparation of a declaration of condominium and an application for 421-a real estate tax benefits for the affordable building, as well as homeowners' association documents that cover the entire project.
