One of New York City’s most energy efficient buildings is being constructed by Alloy Development. Seiden & Schein, P.C. is creating the condominium structure for the building at 100 Flatbush Avenue in Downtown Brooklyn, which will be one of the most sustainable buildings in the City, with residences powered by an all-electric system. As part of the 3-building project on a unique triangular lot, a second building fronting State Street will contain a condominium with a public elementary school, a public high school, and commercial space. A future phase will contain one of the tallest skyscrapers in Brooklyn.
