Developed by Lightstone, 130 William Street is a 244-residential unit condominium located in
lower Manhattan. Having officially opened for sale in August of 2018, 130 William Street was
one of the fastest-selling condominiums in New York City for all of 2018. In addition,
Lightstone advises that fourth quarter sales were 350% above its closest competitor. The project,
which was designed by internally renowned and award-winning architect Sir David Adjaye, in
collaboration with Hill West Architects, will ultimately rise approximately 800 feet tall.

Seiden and Schein, P.C. provides legal advice to Lightstone’s staff with respect to many facets of
its sales and marketing campaign. The firm filed a CPS-1 market-testing application with the
New York State Office of the Attorney General (“AG”); drafted the offering plan for the project
and filed it with the AG; reviewed, edited and drafted the condominium provisions of the
Building Loan Agreement; and drafted the condominium’s Declaration of Condominium the By-
Laws. The firm is currently handling the negotiation of all condominium unit sales, and it
provides legal advice regarding marketing materials and brokerage agreements. As construction
draws to a close, the firm will consult with Hill West Architects on the preparation of the
condominium tax lot drawings for the project and it will handle all of the unit closings in our
newly refurbished office suite.

The firm is proud to be counsel to Lightstone on this project and wishes them – and all of our
clients – much success in 2019 and beyond.
